It's worthwhile keeping an eye on eBay for something like a Digi
Portserver - I got one for =A3100 which provides 16 serial ports over=20
an ethernet connection (new price is around =A31500).=20=20
They appear as virtual serial ports on any of the machines on my
network.  I'm not sure whether other brands of terminal server=20
provide something like the Digi RealPort drivers though.
