I've had the displeasure of speaking to Elton too.  If ever there was
a good
example of a stroppy nerd being put in front of real Customers, he's it :-)

Can't help you though, I had an absolute nightmare getting my HVR1300
working, that was all to do with messed up drivers too.

Hi All,

After attempting to update my Hauppauge PVR 350 card driver with one
on their website and then being told by a very unhelpful chap (Elton)
at Hauppauge tech support that their driver doesn't work and I should
download one from shspvr.com I'm now left with only audio and a black
and white picture in MCE 2005.

I seem to recall a year or so ago that this was a common problem and
that there was a tweak for it.

Can anyone help?
