Any better / bigger / clearer pictures of the case - I saw this this
mediaPC.tv case a while ago and was wondering whether it was any good and
would it be suitable for use on a 24/7 PC (i.e. would the inverted layout
cause any long term heat issues).

There's not much about it though on Google...
