I have read elsewhere that MCE caches the picture for instant rewind and
this could be the problem .... I suppose I could get a Gigabyte RAM-i disk
for the cache.
Also reading everyone elses polls, Freeview is the only way to go?

What I meant was, and I'll explain how I'm wired -=20

SKY digital audio to AMP
SKY video to Hauppauge 150
This is the lag, if I feed both audio and video through MCE then no
lag, but no digital audio.
And yes the video quality is rubbish.=20

What tuner card(s) do you use, Phil? I have a Hauppauge 150MCE and while I
don't get any audio/video sync problems, the picture is rubbish.
