What I meant was, and I'll explain how I'm wired -
SKY digital audio to AMP
SKY video to Hauppauge 150
This is the lag, if I feed both audio and video through MCE then no
lag, but no digital audio.
And yes the video quality is rubbish.

What tuner card(s) do you use, Phil? I have a Hauppauge 150MCE and while I
don't get any audio/video sync problems, the picture is rubbish.
