The exchange equipment is forcing a resync, due to the noise.
My issue is tracking down what is causing this noise during the night.

I don't have any economy7, any equipment turning on and/or off around the
time the resyncs occur.

It always seems to get better at around 5am.

My latest theory is it could be public street lighting circuits/cables near
BT equipment/cables, as the 3-4dB drop in SNR seems to be when its dark???

Havnt used that. I am using PRTG http://www.paessler.com/prtg to
monitor and
record the line stats.
