Well=85 there is a range of =93real=94 MP3 players that are as sexy and do
everything that the iPods do=85 They are, of course, iPods ;-)=20

=20

I use an iPod for mobile music and iTunes to load stuff onto it but
that=92=
s
about it. All my music is ripped to MP3 at 320kbits for in-house
distribution and iTunes is pointed at that library so I use MP3 on the
iPod=
.
Interestingly, iTunes seems to work well as a podcast interface so I use
that to download podcasts and sync with the iPod. I then point the house
audio at that library and easily and neatly have podcasts available for the
house.=20=20

=20

I never (and never will) use iTunes to buy music for all the reasons noted
about protection. Still buy CDs (usually never more than about =A35-=A36
on-line) for all the reasons noted.=20=20

=20

Yes, it would be good to have radio on the iPod but maybe we will have to
wait for some form of a =91wireless network=92 version that will allow for
streamed radio!=20=20

=20

So=85 no need to reject the =91best=92 MP3 player (and ducks) out there
jus=
t
because of Apples on-line sales approach. Oh, and, I=92ll probably keep on
using Windows too.  :-))=20
