Scart Plug using Cat 5?

Hi all,

I have a pair of Cat 5 cables sticking out my wall where I'd like to
hang a plasma TV. Does anyone know if it's possible to solder a Scart
plug onto the cat 5 wires? I realise that a Scart plug has 20 pins and
that a pair of cat 5 cables only yields 16 wires but was hoping that
not all 20 pins would be used.
