I think they're called MDF's or Master Distribution Frame
I've usually seen them referred to as KRONE MDF , but I don't know
if the KRONE part is important.

What are the punch down panels called that don't have an RJ45
outlet - i.e. just the punch down bit for connecting many cables
together. I'm thinking at least 32 per panel if not more?
