Jointing CAT5

Hi,

Need some advice about the best way of jointing some CAT5 cable. I layed
the
cables some time ago, and I've now moved the location of a pair of cables
and naturally the existing cables are to short, so I basically want to run
an extension. I've considered either terminating both cables with RJ45's
and
putting a connector block between them, or using a punch down block. Any
suggestions about which will be best long term? The joint will be in a
ceiling, so will not be accessable once the plasterboard goes up.

JB
