Ages since I programmed mine, but you should be able to configure it on the
web and then use your laptop to load it on. Assuming you have a web
connection on your laptop at the time

Chaps,

I need to 'program' a harmony 885 asap - but the remote is down in the
midlands at the moment, I wondered if it would be possible to download
&
install the software on my pc to configure it, then take my lappy down with
me, plug the remote in and upload the configuration to it then.. Like you
would do with a pronto.
