We find them more than adequately responsive.
=20
You cant do Video streaming to them though as the are RDP connections.
=20
I have an existing XP machine hacked to two simultaneous users which works
fine - its lets us use the main house PC for general everything, and at the
same time be running an 800x600 mainlobby screen on the AirPanel.
=20
If you're ever in the Beds/Bucks area you are more than welcome to come by
for a coffee and a demo.

How responsive do you find them, say compared to running ML on a PC? How
would you also rate them compared to the Samsung Q1 or other tablet/display
devices you've seen?

It's difficult to know what route to go without seeing them up close.

Looks good Dean :-)

Which model is yours?

The Geovision question relates to using the .JPG camera image in ML - it
shows but doesn't update.

I second the AirPanels.

As a fellow Mainlobbiest i have 2 of them 1 x 10" and 1 x 15"

There's a picture of the 10" one on my coffee table in the lighting
and
gadgets bit of my website - http://www.samares. <http://www.samares.

Have quite good SWMBO rating too - like do the Tesco's ordering a stuff

m
the Kitchen or Lounge etc.

Whats the Geovision question - you can see mine in the same section of the
website.

If you can find one, Lots of us Mainlobbers (or should that be=20
Mainlobbiers) run Viewsonic Airpanels - basically an all in=20
one 'Smart display' with touchscreen, wireless LAN and thin client.=20
Works by connecting a remote desktop session to the host PC.

The only downsides are the limited number you can have connected=20
concurrently without using something like Thinsofts WinXP server and=20
the odd unexplained disconnect.

I'm also going to respond to your thread on the Cinemar forums about=20
using Geovision - don't have the answer though :0
