Both Netgear switches - 16port unmanaged "backbone" switch and
then
8port "desktop" switch fanned off it. I don't see them on the
current
Netgear site so not sure of the exactly specs.

I had a small PC connected to the main switch trying to PXE off a
PXE/DHCP/TFTP server that was connected to the 8port switch - didn't
work. When I used a spare CAT5 run to connect the PC to the same 8port
switch it worked fine.
