not until Microsoft Vista ships - the new Macs do not have a bios in them,
they have EFI - an Intel equivalent to Open Firmware.

When Microsoft ships EFI support in the OS then you can dual boot.
Virtual PC is not an option either at this point, VMWare is meant to be
coming soon.
