Traditionally the "business" level generally is at 20:1 rather
than 50:1.
Some ISP's prevent "business use" by their TOS, I've heard that
some
actually block ports if you're not on a business tariff.

My reseller provider has just started offering "Enhanced Care",
this reduce
the time to fix by half and potentially will use out of hours engineers if
required.

All of my current ADSL customers only take the residential service, so I've
not investigated the Enhanced Care package further as yet, but if anyone's
interested, I could bump it up the To-Do list a bit.

We can do ADSL 50:1, 20:1, 1:1 and (by special order) SDSL at 10:1 &
1:1
