When I got my replacement Pace box (v3?) before Christmas I was told that
"40 Hours is reserved for the new Sky 'On-Demand' TV service due for
launch
later in 2006". Not sure what 40 hours equates to in gb (nor have I
had time
to go off and investigate what 'on-demand' is! :-) )

There's a new Pace box (possibly replacing the Thomson aswell?). Last I
heard all boxes were coming with 160Gb drives, but the "normal"
one has
an 80Gb hole pre-programmed into the free space. PITA if you want to
upgrade, as you automatically lose 80Gb of whatever drive you put in!
