That would be mine, but no website I'm afraid, no time for such luxuries
with an over-running self-build! (and a 2yr old, and a 2 week old...).

I don't even have any photo's, as my wife is doing those, and for some
reason didn't see a need to take a photo of the HA cupboard.

In terms of the racking, I just went for the steel wire shelving (from
here:
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/wire-shelving-solutions
<http://stores.ebay.co.uk/wire-shelving-solutions>
), as it keeps everything
cool, and is strong.

The cupboard is really nothing special, basically just a v. small room
(1.2m2) with a rack in the middle, various wall-mounted gubbins (alarm,
patch panel, Loftbox etc) and a door on each side to allow easy(ish) access
to everything. No room for the lighting system, so that went under the
stairs.

Pete

<zoink>

On a related note, doesn't anyone remember a selfbuild diary webpage
detailing a basement node0 that was being built as a cupboard with a
door to the front and rear of the rack.

Could well have been a page belonging to someone here.

Or does anyone have any links to anything similar? A guy at work wants
to build an AV rack into a [fake] chimney...

Jim
