might we even get a conf. room for nowt if it has a pay-bar in it and we
guarantee to put (say) 50 bodies in it!...

Yup a conference room should not be too much of a problem. Should be
fairly cheap as it's the weekend.
Just need to be certain we can actually use it/fill it.
