The reset button is in the base (ie underneath where it fits into
thescreen
mounting) of the unit. Paper clip required as you mentioned.

Unfortunately, she's got it with her, so I can't see it to see how to reset
it - I suggested she look for a small hole for a paperclip, and try holding
the on-off button down for ten seconds, but both drew a blank ...
