iPaq vs iPaq

I mostly us an old iPaq 3870 for daily life and when I get home I
insert
it into a rather bulky WiFi jacket and access ACE using Terminal
Services.

When I finish using TS I click the top right icon "X" and TS
minimises
down into the iTask list, then when I next want to control something I
click the minimised TS and away I go again, very simple and very
reliable, until the battery fell off.

This used to happen quite a lot and in the process killed my connection
with TS requiring me to visit the server location and kill the TS
session, until I cellotaped the battery into place and the problem went
away.

Then I got hold of an iPaq h5550 which has WiFi built in. Good thought
I, no jacket with the falling off battery to kill TS. But now when I
click the close icon it closes TS totally, bad news in this instance,
result, killed TS again.

What I need is a small applet that minimises TS to the iTask tray and
there it will remain even if I turn the iPaq off.

I have looked at various applets that say they can do this but when I
looked at them closer they did not look so good.

Can any of you point me in the right direction of the app I am looking
for? Especially as now I can access my Geovision cameras on the h5550 as
well, even if I can not control the PTZ camera :-(((

Thanks all,

B.
