Not using yet but am signing up to a definate to do.
My inspiration is the James Lipsit info:

The problem will always be the choice and placement of the mics and
eliminating background noise. The speech engines now are up there and
its your own choice. I'll roll my own using the Microsoft Speech
Engines, but really there does not seem to be an 'off the shelf'
product as yet that I have found to be 'programmable' ie build and
create your own customized commands.

When I finally do it ~ year away I'll publish details.

I truely believe that this is the future of HA control
