I used to think they were great... first class product, fair price,
fantastic no-bs tech support. Then they introduced silly bandwidth
caps on signups for new products, which coincided with my moving
house. I tried reasoning with them - they told me that they were just
passing on the caps imposed by BT Wholesale. Irrespective of the
politics, other providers in the market still manage to deliver
uncapped services, so I went elsewhere for the piece of mind of a
fixed-price monthly fee.
