Hi Jonathon

You could try your local printing.com my only disclaimer is that they
are a franchise and thus can vary from branch to branch. Print quality
shouldn't though as the majority of the bulk stuff (Business cards,
flyers etc) is printed centrally which is how they drive their costs
down.
Many will do the design work for free if they're going to get the print
job but in the now incredibly competitive world of printing that's not
uncommon.
We have a rounded edge laminated business card done by printing.com in
runs of 15,000 every few months and the print quality and service is
excellent.
