For ready made baluns, try Amulet. They are based in Devon. A quick
google suggests that something like the AM110 or AM111 might do the
trick, as listed half way down this page:

If you're after just a couple, I'd suggest giving them a call direct.
Making baluns is a bit of a black art, it might be easier just to buy
them off the shelf.
