Subject: [ukha_d] DVR or Geovision?

I've decided to take the plunge and install some security camera's
externally. What I cant decide is whether I should go down the DVR route or
a PC with Geovision. I'm not convinced I would use all the functionality of
the Geovision card and then it is "yet another" PC to deal
with.=20

Looking at Henry's excellent site I spotted:
http://www.henrys.co.uk/cctv/videorecorder.htm
its got a PC readable hard
drive, video out, IR and so would easily connect my Xantech MRC88 for whole
house viewing on any TV and at =A3250 it's a relative bargain. Anybody got
=
any
experience of this unit?

Or, would the Geovision card sit happily in my existing office PC (Which is
on all the time anyway) without too much overhead?=20

One requirement is it needs to be quiet! I hate noise!=20

Ooooooh decisions decisions!=20
