...on the other hand there's a 16 channel DVR in the rack at Lets that
hasn't missed a beat since it was installed, has been in use constantly and
has been consulted by the fuzz on two occasions when other companies nearby
have been "done over".

With a DVR you have one point of contact for support and you know that all
the kit does work together.
