Hi Gary

No personal experience of this unit but almost all external VGA to TV
converters
(excluding megabucks broadcast quality units) are much worse than a
graphics
card that has TVout as they are converting an image to TV frame rates
rather
than generating it at TV frame rates.

Additionally this is a wireless link so the quality will be less than a
directly
cabled Composite Video connection. To get anything approaching a decent
picture
from a PC to TV requires S-Video as the dot crawl is really bad due to the
amount of detail in a PC image.

You might get a reasonable picture if you set the PC to VGA resolution
640x480
but anything higher will very disappointing IMHO. You ideally need to
tweak the
font sizes used in Windows to increase legibility which will then reduce
the
amount of text you can fit on the screen.

Depending on the application being used this may not be possible.

Regards

Keith
