It is - it's an awful solution technically and the quality will be very
mediocre, particularly over longer distances and higher screen
resolutions...  it is not even a balanced video distribution signal as
the pairs are split to use different VGA signals  There are impedance
mismatches, signal screening interactions and noise issues,
