If you are after thermistor sensors then take a look at Sontay, they
can
supply most thermistor types. They do standard thermostat sized units,
thimbles (a al smartkontrols) and beads. www.sontay.com

A thermistor? :-)

Or, if you're feeling extravagant, a PIC (or similar) with 8bit DAC on
board, and a 1-wire temperature sensor?
