[OT] Please advice needed, require very cheap web page hosting

hi,

I am looking for a very cheap web page hosting site, and only need the
basics as it is mostly just for home pages.

I have looked on Google and am somewhat confused by all the
terminology,  as I said it will be for homepages, but it may become
just a small business site.  Just a few pictures, prices and links to
eBay,and an e-mail account or two, ETC.

I have looked at streamline.net and 123-reg.co.uk, both around about
the 20 pound mark for a year, which is fine by me.

are there any site I should look at and what are your recommendations?
