Blackgold woes

I have 2 brand new identical machines designed as Xmas gifts - Both
have dual channel Blackgold PCI-e tuners fitted - Drivers all loaded OK and
show in Device Manager but can't be seen by MCE. GTA support have not been
much help - any ideas anyone may have about what I can do to resolve this
and get them setup in time for Santa - otherwise I'll have to go and buy
some socks.
