Depending on the house layout, I would advise you to do exaclty what I
did -
don't worry about cable, put in plenty of accessible conduit.

I installed it so it is all accessible from the roofspace, so I can draw
new
cables through it whenever I need to. I put some into every room, at least
in diagonally opposite corners, some with multiples in all 4 corners.

Its worked perfectly for me, and is *relatively* futureproof
