I suspect that ventilating your landing cupboard directly into the
loft may
have fire issues, you'd want to check that idea out carefully. But I
imagine
that ducting _via_ the loft would be do-able.

I ventilated my Node-0 (sited in the loft) using a pair of vents that slide
in place instead of slates plus a continuously rated inline extraction fan.
I get a bit of chimney effect, so the fan doesn't have to run all the time.
The downside of loft as Node-0 is transmitted noise into the room below and
the extra routing of cables from ground floor to loft.
