Doesn't matter if it's marked as a gift - you still get clobbered
with duty and VAT :-(
You'll get charged a variable duty rate depending on the item, I
think it's 5% for something like the Russound, VAT at 17.5% on the
item value AND the shipping cost and most likely a collection fee
from the shipping co.
Still works out a lot cheaper than a UK sourced one. BTW >> The
russound has a dual voltage PSU - Just flip the switch to 220V but
don't forget to change the fuse as explained in the user manual :-)
