I purchased the Matrix switcher and a  remote amp a couple of months
ago.....Only opened the boxes last weekend to have a play....Had a spare 2
gang light switch and programmed it so one switch would sequence thru tha
sources and the other one woud toggle the zone on/ off  on short press and
ramp the vol up / down if held....quite impressed....cant compare to
russound as i have never seen / used  tha kit...What i like about the CBUS
kit is that i can add amps as funds become available........I also wrote a
couple of quick macros in HV (using the custom lighting control)   one
which
ramped the vol down to off and the other ramped vol up to a  level.....
