Subject: [ukha_d] [OT] Sky Plus
Hi all,
I know a lot of you have Sky, I am going to get it installed but have=20
a problem getting my head around it.
I only want the free channels. I do not require any of the paid=20
channels.
However I want a Sky Plus box, bu the Pace one as I want S video out=20
and audio phono out so I can connect it to my projector and into my=20
hifi system.
I understand only the Pace has these outputs? But when I buy direct=20
from sky they charge a min =A315 per month and I am not guarranteed a=20
Pace box.
I have spoken to one supplier who can fit sky and get me a plus box=20
and I don't need to pay a subscription fee, but it will cost me =A3400.=20
I am considering this as I only want the free channels.
Is there anything I need to know before I handover my money?
Thanks,
Ho yin=20
