Require cheap audio cat5 balun

I'm after a single channel balun for audio. Basically, to send the
subwoofer signal from the remote amp.
Any recommends ? I use KAT5 extensively and have some spare KAT5 tx's, but
no spare rx's - and thats an expensive route to take just for this.
