Ok, so that's almost £30 with VAT.

That's the same cable I used in my house.  Despite getting snagged and
bent into some horrible tight knots as I dragged it through a series of
holes drilled through the joists, all the runs function perfectly (there
2 to each room - 18  in all).

If you're just running Cat5 for a regular network, that cable will be
fine.  If you're using it for CBus, just use their pink stuff.  It may
cost a little more, but there will be no worries once you're done.
