Hi Neil

I'm your man then :-) I'm an Eclipse customer who could only get 1mb due
to the distance from the exchange.
My Max connection went live last Thursday and I am now
enjoying....er....um.....slower internet speeds! Deep joy! I've also
been getting lots of 60 seconds 'burps' or outages. The FAQ with Eclipse
warns this might be the case. Since upgrade I have only lost my
connection the once but I used to loose my connection on average once a
week with the old service anyway :-/

My Draytek Vigor is showing: Up Speed: 448000 Down Speed: 2272000 SNR:
8.0 Loop: 54.5

But I have bugger all idea what all that means :-)

HTH

Rob
