Havent really done a range test to be honest ,but most  people who use the
W800 rave about the range it has .....Yes it comes with an antenna.......

You would have to write some code in Homeseer to watch for specific
codes.......

Also there are some rf temp sensors that the w800 can monitor ,,,check out
them on this xPL site
