Is the plasma a HD panel?  It needs to have at least 720V pixels - but for
true HD on Xbox 360 it needs 1080V pixels.

If the panel is 480V pixels then it's not going to be able to display HD
and
you're not getting the best out of your 360.  Also it will be
difficult/impossible to read some of the fonts - especially in PGR3.

Does the panel have a VGA input?  If so get a VGA lead for your 360.  I got
the Joytech XBox 360 Digital VGA Cable from play.com - very good quality.
