I've seen 1-slot and 2-slot risers, but don't recall seeing a 3-slot.
Any specific reason for putting a modem card inside the PC? Can't you
access it from an ethernet router?
If you must have a modem, maybe look for a USB one...

This case includes a 1-slot PCI riser.
They also have loads of others - that's one I just packed at random.

No riser required as the case is taller
