RE: CBus xAP Plugin ?
Indeed you can, - in fact I specifically added comfort counter support
into the plugin for exactly this reason... - I haven't had a chance to test
its operation out yet though, since I don't currently have anything set up
in my Comfort panel to update counters, and I haven't yet connected my CBUS
UCM up to the CBUS network... - all this will hopefully be happening in the
next 2 - 3 weeks...

As long as you can read and write counters via the plugin you can.
Each counter from 1 to "number of cbus groups" holds the level of
the
relevant CBUS group (0-255 or 0-100 if you set it that way 100% = light
fully on).
