Aye ... but I'm looking to run in a 'Mac network, so it might be the
most stable approach !

I guess Linux might be a better choice than 'XP, but Idratek seems only
to work with 'Windows ...

There's also the thought that once having got cameras & associated
software, for HA, it might be a smallish step to go on to making
home-movies ... then again, that's probably daft, because iMovie would
presumably be the more sensible approach to that ...
