We just got our bill from Orange and on it is a =A3380 charge for
about 4 M=
bs of GPRS from an engineer on a visit to  Spain. We queried it and told
"t=
hat's what Telefonica charge us... Nothing to do with us... Nothing we can

do....." is this legal to charge approx 100x the going rate? Do we
have any=
redress - is there anyone we can appeal to?
