It's all down to what you want the PC to actually do......

If it is simply to run the idratek software then a Mini-ITX system will be
more than adequate.

I suggest you get in touch with the guys over at linitx and discuss your
requirements, where mini-itx has been found lacking in the past was in the
video playback arena, I do believe however that the more recent offerings
make significant improvements in performance.
