So who would you suggest for an ISP - are Nildram still OK?

BT have places restrictions on the number of re-grades each ISP can submit
per day ~2-300, don't forget the 10 days it takes for the exchange to
"evaluate" the final max speed you'll get.
Have to say I'm more than happy with my 7mb/s down right now :)
