Another idea,

Run the mains cables in some galv 25mm metal conduit. We use this quite
often to avoid interference between our 3 phase motors cables and
instrumentation in industry.
(Physical separation is our preferred method, but you don't seem to have
that choice)

Also don't forget some cat5e! :)
