We have this for the VSCP protocol which can use both E-mail, SMS, GPRS,
GSM
to access/control remote functionality. It can look something like
http://www.vscp.org/test (the
graphics and HTML guy was out that day ;-) )
for GPRS full screen device. We will have an interface builder soon that
build the dynamic control interface (will hopefully look a lot nicer). Full

We have some month left to a packed turn key solution though.

There is a Swedish company that work with just the stuff you look for
http://www.intectra.se/ but they
appear not to have English information on
there site but give them a call or send them an email.
