Whenever I have a problem with BT, I speak with  their quality solutions
department. Apparently, it's the department that BT uses internally to
resolve difficult problems.

The number used to be 0800 679905 but that seems to go through to the
usual muppets now!

Try speaking with customer services (if you can get through) and ask for
the number for "Quality Solutions".

If you do track them down, please post the number back.
